2. Approval of Minutes
• Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Thursday, February 11, 2021
Upon a motion by Commissioner Warner, seconded by Secretary Phillips, the
motion carried unanimously, the Commission approved the minutes of the
regular meeting of Thursday, February 11, 2021.
3. Approval of Claims
• Claims Submitted for February 16 and February 23, 2021
Upon a motion by Commissioner Warner, seconded by Secretary Phillips, the
motion carried unanimously, the Commission approved the claims for February
16 and February 23, 2021 submitted on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

A. River West Development Area
1. Budget Transfer (Olive to North WTP)
Ms. Plantz presented Budget Transfer (Olive to North WTP). This is requesting a
budget transfer from Olive treatment plant to North water treatment plant. There is
a remaining budget of $31,493 at the Olive treatment plant and there is work at
North water treatment plant that can be covered by this. The work would be bid
out this Spring and work would take place in the winter. We ask Commission
approval of the budget to be transferred in the amount of $31,493 for work at the
North water treatment plant.
Upon a motion by Vice-President Inks, seconded by Commissioner Warner, the
motion carried unanimously, the Commission approved Budget Transfer (Olive
to North WTP) submitted on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
B. Other
1. Mortgage Release (Wilson)
Ms. Kennedy presented Mortgage Release (Wilson). This is a mortgage that was
entered into for home repairs that the Redevelopment Commission provided to
this homeowner. The mortgage has been paid in full with an overage amount that
will be returned. Commission approval is requested.
Upon a motion by Vice-President Inks, seconded by Secretary Phillips, the
motion carried unanimously, the Commission approved Mortgage Release
(Wilson) submitted on Thursday, February 25, 2021.

A. Tax Abatement
1. Mr. Buckenmeyer stated that Council unanimously approved a declaratory
and final personal tax abatement for Royal Adhesives.
