At its March 9, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above referenced
lease agreement between the South Bend Police Department and ATF for the lease of space at
701 W. Sample St. in the amount of $10,795 for a one (1) year term, with a renewal option.
Enclosed please find a copy of the agreement for your records.

leases space at the SBPD Station located at 701 W. Sample St, South Bend, IN
