At its February 23, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the rejection of
bids for the above referenced bid due to compatibility issues with the City of South Bend’s
existing equipment.

December 8th, 2020 for Spec U 2020 or newer Trailer Mounted Anti Icing System. The sole bid
received is not compatible with the City of South Bends existing equipment. The bid was
received from W.A. Jones Truck Equipment.
