I have reviewed them and two bids are missing required documentation. TPC Technologies, Inc. filled out the information and documentation for already being a pre-qualified bidder with the City of South Bend although they are not. Nelco Media was missing a bid bond or surety check as well as missing information from their responsible bidder ordinance requirements. Both companies will be contacted and requested to follow up with that documentation as soon as possible to become pre-qualified bidders if interested.
