a. Goal Waiver & Good Faith Efforts Procedure/Process- Larry King
Ordinance Definition:
Goal Waiver means a petition process whereby a contractor can seek partial or complete relief
from a contract goal it is unable to meet despite having made good faith efforts to do so.
b.
Good Faith Efforts means actions undertaken by a contract goal, which, by their scope,
intensity, and appropriateness to the objective, can reasonably be expected to fulfill the
Program’s goals.
