Attached is INDOT’s Report of Contract Final Inspection and Recommendation for
acceptance. Approval of this document signifies the project has been completed and there
are no punch list items remaining. The final inspection was completed on 12/2/2020 by
City staff, Lochmueller (inspector), and Rieth Riley (contractor).
Funding: Major Moves Fund 412
It is requested the Board of Public Works approve the Recommendation for Acceptance of
the Corby, Ironwood and Rockne project (PN 116-034).
