Dear Ms. Starkweather:
At its January 12, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works awarded the above
referenced bid to you for Mid-Size Four Door Hybrid Sedan Automobiles, including one (1)
base bid in the amount of $23,705 for the Waterworks Department and one (1) base bid plus red
metallic paint in the amount of $24,070 for the Fire Department, for a total of $47,775.00.
Enclosed please find a signed Bid/Proposal form.

Ford. One for use by Water Works and one to be used by the Fire Department.

The purchase price of $23,705.00, for one of these will be funded with proceeds from the 2020 Water
Works Capital Budget. The purchase price of $24,070.00 will be funded with proceeds from the 2020
Lease for the Fire Department.
