- Addition to the Agenda - 2007 South Bend Police Towing Statistics
Mr. Bodnar noted the addition of the 2007 Annual Police Towing Statistics report to the
agenda.
SWEARING IN OF POLICE OFFICER

Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, was present and administered the Oath of Office to Mr. McKinley.
The Board wished him well in his endeavors.
ACCEPT AND FILE 2007 SOUTH BEND POLICE TOWING STATISTICS
The above referred to Report was submitted to the Board, as required by Resolution No. 62-
2002. Mr. Bodnar stated the 2007 annual report shows there is not a need to add additional
companies to the current Towing List, as shown by the figures in the Report. The Board
accepted and filed the 2007 South Bend Police Towing Statistics Report.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Alford declared the meeting
adjoumed at 8:52 a. m.
