Subject: Resolution 3*—ns`f`er`ring two properties to the NNRO
1028 and 1104 N Eddy
Date: November 21, 2012
Attached to this memorandum is Resolution 3107 which will transfer two properties owned by the
Redevelopment Commission to the NNRO. The properties, located at 1028 and 1104 N Eddy, were acquired
by the Redevelopment Commission as part of a six property purchase from the Housing Authority of South
Bend in 2010 to help facilitate the Triangle project. The other four properties acquired from the Housing
Authority were transferred previously to the NNRO during the platting process for the Triangle. The transfer
of these two properties were to have been part of the prior transfer, but were inadvertently omitted from
transfer resolution.
Staff requests commission approval of Resolution 3107.
