Division of Engineering reviewed the documents and finds the information correct and complete. Attached is a full bid tabulation which includes alternate and unit pricing. Base Bid(s) ranked as follows based on price: CONTRACTOR BASE BID TOTAL Rieth Riley $425,448.92 Walsh and Kelly $469,600.00 The Division of Engineering recommends the award of the Total Base Bid for the contract for Project No. 116-127 Sample and Sheridan Signal Improvements to Rieth Riley Construction for the Total Base Bid of $425,448.92. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 8th Day of December, 2020, by and between, Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., 25200 State Road 23, South Bend, IN 46614, HEREINAFTER called the Contractor, and the Board of Public Works herein called the "Board".
