AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,812
TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of funds
reimbursed from the Studebaker Corridor Bond and that the immediate needs of
specific activities are met, certain appropriation is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $20,812 is hereby appropriated to accounts as
set forth below.

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

Attached please find an ordinance requesting an appropriation
from the Studebaker Corridor Bond proceeds to the Economic
Development other contractuals line item. This will allow
reimbursement for appraisals done for and paid by the department of
Economic Development in the Studebaker Corridor area.
