AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,000. 00 FROM
THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND TO PROJECT CS901, CORBY ST. SANITARY SEWER,
WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary
for the design of replacement sanitary sewers in sections of Corby St.
from Niles Avenue to Twyckenham Drive. Funds are now needed for the
design of this improvement. These funds are available from the Cumulative
Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
SECTION I . The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and
ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for
the project in the amount set forth below:
PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT
901 Corby Street Sanitary Sewer $75,000.00
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
