AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75 , 000 . 00 FROM
THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND TO PROJECT CS901 , CORBY ST. SANITARY SEWER,
WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary
for the design of replacement sanitary sewers in sections of Corby St .
from Niles Avernue to Twyckenham Drive. Funds are now needed for the
design of this improvement . These funds are available from the Cumulative
Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund for the project in the amount set forth below:

Section II : This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and

The attached is a proposed ordinance requesting an appropriation of
$75 , 000 . 00 from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to be used
for the design of sanitary sewers on Corby Street for Twyckenham Street .
The unobligated balance in the Cumulative Sewers Fund after this
appropriation is $7 ,537 . 31 .
