AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM
THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR PROGRAM FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
It is necessary to appropriate funds from the Next Door Neighbor
Program Fund in order to fund grants to various neighborhood groups
throughout the City in order to finance all or part of various
neighborhood improvement projects to be undertaken by such groups.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the following sum of money be, and hereby is,
appropriated and ordered set apart from the Next Door Neighbor
Program Fund, set forth below:

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
