AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS ($3 ,852.00) FROM THE STANLEY COVELESKI
REGIONAL STADIUM FUND.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
It is necessary to appropriate funds from the Stanley Coveleski
Regional Stadium Fund in order to install combination gate and check
valves in each locker room at the Stadium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows:
SECTION I . The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and
ordered set apart from the Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium Fund to
be administered by the Park Department as set forth below:

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
