A Claims Review meeting of the hoard of public orlcs was convened at 8:30 a.m. on
Monday, April 21, 2008, by hoard Member Donald i. Inks with Hoard Mcrnber Carl ~'.

la4r. ~1~lcs stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Hoard; each claim is
t°ully supported by an invoice9 the person receiving t11e goods or services has approved
the claims; and the claims have been fYled with the City Fiscal t7fficer and certified for
acc~.uracy.
Mr. ~nlcs stated tl~e following claims were submitted to the board for at~~roval:
