NEW SOUTH BEND ANIMAL SHELTER TO HAVE
GRAND OPENING CEREMONY
SOUTH BEND The City of South Bend invites the public to the grand opening
ceremony of the new South Bend Animal Shelter located at 521 Eclipse Place (next to the
Kennedy Water Playground). The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 31 at
10:00 a.m. A guided tour will immediately follow the ceremony.
