(2) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2452 approving an
application for real property tax deduction for property in the Airport
Economic Development Area (Villas at Lake Blackthorn, Section 1)
C. South Bend Central Development Area
(1) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2453 related to the gift
of property needed for redevelopment in the South Bend Central
Development Area. (332 W. Jefferson)
D. Airport Economic Development Area
(1) Commission approval requested for proposal for professional services in
the Airport Economic Development Area. (Consulting services, LaSalle
Square Area Redevelopment Plan)
(2) Commission authorization requested to file Special Exception Petition with
the Board of Zoning Appeals for property located in the 900 block of
Oliver Plow Court, and authorization requested for Danch, Harner &
Associates, Inc. to represent the Commission at the Board of Zoning
Appeals hearing.
