AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $3400. 00 AMONG ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE
SOUTH BEND HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FROM THE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT
OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION.
Statement of Purpose and Intent
In order to assure that immediate salary needs are met,
transfers among accounts are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
Section I.
The sum of $3400.00 is hereby transferred among accounts as
set forth below:

Human Rights Commission
Reduce the following accounts:

4219 Other Office Supplies 400.00
Increase the following accounts:

Section II.
