AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,180.86
FROM THE FAIR HOUSING CONFERENCE HELD IN APRIL 1990.
Statement of Purpose and Intent
Revenue generated from the Fair Housing Conference held by the
South Bend Human Rights Commission in April 1990 to further fair
housing enforcement efforts by engaging in fair housing activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana as follows:
Section I.
The sum of $1,180.86 is hereby appropriated to be administered
by the Human Rights Commission for Fair Housing activities.
Section II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the Common Council and approved by the 0. sj .
