AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,140. 00 FROM THE HAZMAT
FUND TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Monies available in the Hazmat Fund are now needed in order to
make additional purchases of equipment for the City of South Bend.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $4,140.00 is hereby appropriated from
Hazmat Fund 289 to be administered by the Controller and distributed
as set forth below:
289 0901 422 4305 Hazmat Equipment $ 4,140.00
TOTAL $ 4,140.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
