Re: Residential Parking Restriction Violation
Thomas Zakrzewski
President Dear Council Members:
Loretta Duda It has been brought to my attention that an amendment
Vice-President to "The Schedule of Ordinance and Code Violations" is
necessary.
Sean Coleman
Chairman. Committee Section 20-116 addresses violations of the restrictions
of the Whole for parking in residential zones and state that such
vehicles which do not display a "residential parking
decal may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's
Stephen Luecke expense in accordance with this code. " Therefore, to
First District clarify that the fine is indeed $5. 00 for such a
violation, Section 20-116 is being added to the list
Donald Niezgodski with the $5. 00 penalty.
Second District
William Soderber I look forward to receiving your favorable support of
Third District g this amendment.
Ann Puzzello Thank you.
