AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
TRANSFERRING $100,000 FROM THE EQUIPMENT RENTAL ACCOUNT
TO THE MOTOR EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT
ALL WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE YEAR 1991
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
Unforeseen budget conditions have developed since the
adoption of existing budgets which necessitate the transfer of funds
from the equipment rental account to the motor equipment account all
within the Cumulative Capital Development Fund of the City of South
Bend.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the following accounts be adjusted as
described below:
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND
Increase the following account:
406. 0401-415-4302 Motor Equipment $100,000.00
Decrease the following accounts:
406-0401-415-3702 Equipment Rental $100,000.00
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, and approval by the Mayor.

Dear President Niezgodski:
Attached is an Ordinance which is being filed for the purpose of
transferring funds in the amount of $100,000 in the Cumulative
Capital Development Fund from the Equipment Lease account to the
Motor Equipment account.
This transfer is necessary in order to provide proper funding for
the purchase of additional motor equipment for the City as discussed
with the Council on May 22,1991.
