AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING
MONIES FROM THE STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL
STADIUM FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Common Council has determined that it is necessary to
appropriate certain funds from the Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium
Fund in order to pay for certain capital improvements, including
repairs to the lighting system and improving the irrigation system
around the Southwest parking lot and areas to the immediate South and
East of the Stadium. Additionally, it has been determined that
monies from this fund should be appropriated for the purchase of a
computer for the lighting system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION I: That the following funds shall be and hereby are
appropriated from the following accounts within the Coveleski Fund:
COVELESKI FUND

401-0401-452-4202 Capital Improvements $30 ,000.00
401-0401-452-4310 Miscellaneous Equipment $ 2,000.00
SECTION II . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.

I am attaching for filing an ordinance appripriating monies from
the Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium Fund The Common Council has.
determined that it is necessary to appropriate certain funds from the
Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium Fund in order to pay for certain
