2008 South Bend Common Council
The April 14, 2008 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was
called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 5:12 p.m. in the
Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Rouse, Dieter, Davis,
Jr., Kirsits, LaFountain, Davis, White and Puzzello; City Attorney Charles Leone,
Chief Assistant City Attorney Aladean DeRose, Public Works Director Gary Gilot,
and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney
Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant
to the April 10 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the purpose of
discussing strategy with respect to pending litigation called pursuant to Indiana
Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); with that the notice was duly posted by the Office of
the City Clerk.
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the April 10, 2008 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 5:50 p.m.
