The Board of Public Works, at its meeting on November 24, 2020, approved the application for
the temporary placement of an honorary street sign in the name of James Charles Trotter, Sr.
(Frankie’s Barbeque Owner) on the corner of W. Washington St. and Liston St.
Please contact Ashley Rzepka, Customer Service Coordinator, Street Department, at (574) 235-
5939 to coordinate the time and placement of the sign.
