2005 South Bend Common Council
The February 28, 2005 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order by its President,Charlotte D. Pfeifer at 3:37 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Dieter, Pfeifer, Kelly, Puzzello, Varner,
Kuspa,Kirsits,Rouse and White; City Attorney Charles S. Leone and Council Attorney Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand.
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that
contained in the meeting notice, attached hereto and included herein by reference, which is
authorized by the state law referenced therein.
Council President Pfeifer adjourned the Executive Committee Meeting.at 4:08 p.m.
