• COVID-19 Impacts
o Calls with COVID impressions have gone down since the spring, averaging 30-40 calls/month
o PPE usage has gone down since the spring as well
o Metro Chiefs Talk has allowed local Fire and EMS teams to share best practices and experiences
throughout the pandemic
• Fire Operations Dashboard
o Currently contains basic information about response times and call volume
o Potentially adding in goals for certain metrics and adding context around some of the
visualizations
o Expanding the amount of data included to be more relevant to Chiefs and Mayor’s Office
