Dear Don:
Attached please find an Ordinance which levies taxes and fixes
the tax rate for various funds in the Civil City Budget. As in the
past, we are advertising and setting the rate at an artificially high
level in order to compensate for any changes in the assessed value.
It is our intention to levy the full five percent allowed under State
law to support the many vital services in our community. I will look
forward to discussing this Ordinance with the Council.
Since -ly,.
