Reroof using new GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt architectural shingles, new ridge vent, and flashing. Install new GAF Liberty Roll roofing on flat roof areas. Replace four existing skylights with new Velux fixed skylights, same dimensions. Deteriorated wood beadboard soffit and trim details to be replaced, in-kind, with wood. 2 Elicia,     1.  Here is the image of the roof site plan from Google earth.  The roof in question is the reddish brown  one.  You can see 3 skylights on the third floor roof, and one of the skylights (1/4) on the second floor  roof.  The darker parts are the two flat roofs. products/shingles/timberline/architectural/timberline‐hdz     4.  Matching wooden headboard will be used to replace any deteriorated parts of the soffit. roof project. I am anticipating this project qualifying for Administrative Approval but  will need the following from the checklist to process:    1. Site plan of the property showing the roof plan (google earth will work),   2. Specification of the GAF HDZ Architectural shingle (a link to the manufacturer  website for that product will work)  3. Full front photograph of house from street view  4. Specification for the material that will be used to replace the deteriorated wood  3 beadboard soffit  5. Confirm if the skylight is being replaced    Once the additional application items have been received, the time to process and I am writing concerning my COA for re‐roofing our home at 914 Leland Avenue last  week.  We are actually under contract to see the house right now, and I am getting  pressure from our buyer’s real estate agent to make sure the COA comes through, so  that they can schedule the roofing for the first week of December.  I was hoping to  check on the status of the application, and wether or not it had been received and if  there was a timeline for the approval process right now.  Anything that I can tell the
