Title: Go -Live Extension
Summary of Business Requirements & Reason for Proposed Change
The City of South Bend has completed various stages in the Go -Live process, including data conversion and
simulation testing. After completing simulation testing, progress toward Go -Live milestones was evaluated. Various
issues and interface developments remain, which will extend testing and system readiness. The City determined
that the October 26, 2020 Go -Live date is not within reach, and additional time is required before the City is ready to
Go -Live with enQuesta v6. Development is expected to continue into November, with testing to follow. The City has
requested the Go -Live date be extended to December 15, 2020.
Project deliverables remaining to be completed include, End User Training, Go -Live, and Post Implementation
Support.
S&S will provide seven additional weeks of project management to support the City's Go -Live extension request.
Impact to Project Schedule, Risks, and Deliverables Impacted
The project Go -Live date is extended seven weeks to December 15, 2020, pushing project closure out to March
2021.
