AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 3 1. Background Data: a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: November 12, 2018 b. Owner: Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana C. Engineer: Cardno, Inc. d. Project: St. Joseph River Bank Stabilization LARE Feasibility: Riverside Drive at Yukon 2. Description of Modifications: a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: Engineer shall provide easement acquisition support for the consulting firm selected by the City to acquire temporary easements for the Riverside Drive Bank Stabilization Project: Cardno Inc. will work with the selected consultant on a limited basis to familiarize the consultant with the design plans, provide available landowner information, provide record of prior landowner communication and general support during the easement acquisition process Cardno Inc. will provide up to 1 site visit to familiarize the selected consultant with the scope of construction proposed. Cardno Inc. will strictly be serving in a support role and is not responsible for acquiring any easements or landowner communication. b.
