NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $48,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 404 for the calendar year 2003 to implement the Commercial Corridors Program within the City of South Bend. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. These funds have been generated by the sale of a portion of the old Bullseye Liquor lotto the Teachers Credit Union. The requested funding will be used for continued property acquisition, demolition, and redevelopment activities on the Lincoln Way West Corridor.
