After careful review of evaluations from the review committee based upon all submissions to the Request for Qualifications, Bowen Engineering Corporation was chosen by collaborative scoring by the review committee as per the RFQ. Bowen Engineering Corporation offers a strong portfolio of successful local government performance water and wastewater guaranteed savings contracts in Indiana. Representatives of these projects give highly positive reviews for working with Bowen Engineering Corporation under a performance contracting model. We ask that the Board of Public Works, as the governing body for municipal water or wastewater utility efficiency projects under IC 36-1-12.5-1.5, ratify the recommendation of the review committee and authorize us to negotiate an agreement to develop the guaranteed savings project, which will come to the board for approval at a later date.
