ORDINANCE NO. gasn -q, 1 AN ORDINANCE INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND DECREASING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 1991. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Unforseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget which necessitates the increase and reduction of appropriations within the various departments of the General Fund of the City of South Bend. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I .
