Laura – are you able to print the email he sent below with his attachments to get this LTOP to
the Board? Basically he is making what was a 3 month job, to a 4 month job. So on the agenda
you could note they are needing a one month extension from their 90 day permit.
Toy – does that seem how we should do it?

With the delay in our ability to begin the Elwood/Portage intersection work this week, we
are going to see a delay in our ability to complete the next portion of the project (Portage
Intersection to Kessler). We will need to apply for the Long Term Occupancy for this portion as it will
exceed the end date of 11/24/2020 by 2-4 weeks. See the attached application for this extension.
Can you provide an estimation of the approval time frame on this for us? Thank you.
