ORDINANCE NO. Y0244/-
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $220, 000 TO
AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT
OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of
Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and to further
the Redevelopment activity of the East Bank Area, certain transfers
are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The sum of $220, 000 is hereby transferred to the
account as set forth below within Fund 410.
Description Amount
Reduce the Following: Colfax Theatre $220, 000
Increase the Following: Acquisition Fund $220, 000
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
