A chronology of the St Joe was also submitted. HowardPark Recreation Center -Howard Park programs are now taking place at the Zion Church. The Ice Rink Officiallyclosed on February 3rd, 2016. Howard Park Ice Trail Grand Opening was held on November 29, 2019 Howard Park Ice Trail opened to the public on November 30, 2019. Private (school groups) Skate attendance: SB Junior Academy-44 skaters; Kennedy Academy-93 skaters; Darden Elementary-82 skaters; Jefferson Middle School-231 skaters; North Liberty Church of Christ school-28 skaters; Stanley Clark-28 skaters -Treats on the Trail will be on October 17 at Rum Village Park. The goal of this event is to provide a safe and distanced trickor treating experience for our community. Because of Covid-19, we are taking extra precautions and only allowing 200 attendees into the event per hour. The event is free, but everyone must register in advance to secure their time (this includes non trick or treaters as well). Registration went live on Friday, September 25 and we sold out on Wednesday, September 30. We currently have 20 confirmed vendors. -I have also been working with the lodge team on the Howard Park Holiday Market. We will be going live this week with vendor applications.
