OnSeptember 8, 2020,the Board of Public Worksopened and read quotesfor the above project.
The quote received was reviewed and found to be complete.
Walsh & Kelly,Inc. was the lone quote at a price of $62,952.
The quote should be rejected as the quote price exceeds the funding allotted by the
Redevelopment Commission. A new round of quotes will be solicited in Spring 2021 when
asphalt plans re-open.
