Main Street, South Bend, IN - Commercial Building Patio The attached Patio Plan for the project referenced above consists of the following scope of work: • Decorative precast concrete pavers installed on a rigid concrete underlayment per South Bend Standard "Decorative Pavers" Detail. The paver design consists of a 12"x 12" square paver field with a 24"x 24" square paver border at outer edges of the patio. All pavers are a dark grey color (see attached Product Data Sheet). • Joints between pavers will be swept with a Polymeric Sand to reduce maintenance and weed growth. • The majority of the larger southern patio will be separated from surrounding parking areas and public sidewalks by at -grade landscape plantings.
