AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $33, 500 WITHIN
ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT
OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of
Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds, certain
transfers are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: The sum of $33 , 500 is hereby transferred to the
account as set forth below within Fund 410 .
Description Amount
Reduce the Following:
Engineering Services $33 , 500 . 00
TOTAL $33 , 500 . 00
Increase the Following:
Northeast Neighborhood Planning $15, 000 . 00
Workforce Development Services 7, 500 .00
Manufacturing Technology Center 5, 000 . 00
Michiana Area Council of Govts. 6, 000 . 00
TOTAL $33, 500 . 00
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
