Due to a technology issue, three of the electronic bids transmitted for the O’Brien Recreational
Center Renovations (Project No. 118-091) and one quote for the Notre Dame Triangle Alley
Paving (Project No. 119-057R) were delayed after they reached the City’s email security server.
Following an internal investigation, it was determined that the 3 bids and 1 quote reached the
City prior to the 9:30 a.m. EST delivery deadline.The purpose of this special meeting of the
Board of Public Works is to open those timely received bids and quote.
