Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: 1) Conduct site visits with City staff to identify locations of additional wayfinding signage. 2) Prepare the plans and special provisions for the additional wayfinding signs. Construction documents are to include foundation designs and location plans. These details will be based on the previously developed sign designs. 3) Prepare bid documents for the kiosk and wayfinding sign including the foundation design, fabrication and installation of the proposed signs, and minor electrical services to select lit signs. 4) Phase 11 signs are to include the following: i. 2 lighted gateway welcome to SB signs ii. 22 vehicular multi -message guides (19 on decorative poles, 3 on INDOT beams) iii. 10 vehicular trailblazers (8 on decorative poles, 2 on INDOT beams) iv. 2 vehicular trailblazers on existing poles V. 2 pedestrian kiosks b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: 1) Previous authorized scope of services included the preparation of plans and special provisions for the South Bend Wayfinding Phase 1 project.
