The quotes were as follows: Total Company 1. Custom Fence Company $4,028.00 2. Milestone Fence, LLC $4,850.00 The Milestone Fence LLC quote did not include the notarized Contractors Affidavit, and so is considered unresponsive. Also, it was the higher quote of the two. Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for $4,028.00 to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Custom Fence Company. The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds from account 471-11-206-287— 444000. Please contact me with any questions.
