NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: Section I. There shall be levied upon each One Hundred Dollars of Assessed Valuation of Taxable Property of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal year 2003 to be collected in the year 2004 the following: For CORPORATION GENERAL FUND, the sum of $2.9613 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For PARK AND RECREATION FUND, the sum of $0.4948 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND, the sum of $0.1469 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For POLICEMEN'S PENSION FUND, the sum of $0.1609 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, the sum of $0.0644 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. Total Civil City Rate $3.8283 For REDEVELOPMENT BOND (STUDEBAKER), the sum of $0.0408 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For REDEVELOPMENT BOND (COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME), the sum of $0.0877 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. Total Redevelopment Rate $0.1285 Section II.
