RE:Public Hearing – License Application for Massage Establishment
Dear Ms. Kagarise:
The Board of Public Works is in receipt of your license application for a Massage
Establishment at 401 E. Colfax Ave., South Bend, IN 46617.
Pursuant to the City of South Bend license ordinance requirements, a Public Hearing on
the application must be conducted by the Board of Public Works.
The Board of Public Works has set a Public Hearing for 9:30 a.m., September 8, 2020
and we will email you a link, so that you can access the meeting virtually.
You, or your designee, must be present to answer questions with regards to the
proposed business activity. You will be able to submit questions and answers during the
virtual hearing.

Notice is hereby given to all interested individuals that the Board of Public Works of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 9:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, , 2020 at https://tinyurl.com/BPW-02020, on the application
for a new License for a Massage Establishment for
South Bend, IN 4661.
Interested persons may be heard on this matter by submitting questions at the
Public Hearing or may file with the Board of Public Works a Memorandum in support
of or in opposition to the issuance of such license.
