Purpose of Request:
This is a budget request for $50,000 to be used for parking lot rehabilitation at the Charles
Martin Youth Center. The funds will cover a complete rehabilitation of the two parking areas,
along with the small access road connecting both lots. The top layer of asphalt will be removed,
new asphalt will be placed, and the lots will receive new striping.
