HOWARD PARK WATER FEATURE
NAMING RIGHTS AGREEMENT
This first amendment (“First Amendment”) is made effective August 17, 2020, to that
certain Robby and Pamela Rask Water Feature Naming Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”)
between the City of South Bend, Indiana Department of Venues, Parks & Arts, by and
through its Board of Park Commissioners (the “Board”), and Robby and Pamela Rask (the
“Rasks”), (each a “Party and collectively, the “Parties”).
The parties desire to amend that previously executed agreement as follows:
Term. The term of the Agreement is extended for an additional one (1) year period of time,
expiring on November 29, 2035.
All other terms and conditions that are not hereby amended remain in full force and effect.
