and rented out ATTACH NEGATIVE
ENVELOPE HERE
for the first 17 years to various farn-11jes and People. On Febru-1,
11, 1938 they sold the house to Willi s owned his own
insurance agency, Phillips Insurance Agency, which he ran from the house.
Late, 1951 he added a commercial addittion to the side of the
Mr. Phillips owned the property till about 1991.
