Summary: GameStop approached ggCircuit to assist them in building the future of their retail
locations. This included custom development of our ggLeap esports client and implementation
of our PXE services at thirteen of their locations. Our services team built PXE servers for all
locations as well as did software and setup on -site for all locations.

Summary: ggCircuit was approached to help
CBCHS set up their first esport center on
campus. With a limited budget and space, the
team worked with the school and presented
various scenarios to fit their layout, budget &
student needs. It was identified that not all
students would want to learn to compete on a PC
and the school also wanted to give students
many options for this initiative. ggCircuit installed
the PXE Server and managed the installation
process with the CBCHS IT staff.

Summary: In 2018 Rose Hulman wanted to build a trial esports center on campus. With limited
space available the team was challenged to come up with an efficient layout to maximize the
number of stations to fit into the space. The team came up with a very efficient and
cost-effective solution that allowed for maximum gaming stations and a functional setup. The
plan is to add to this space in the future.

Section II Plan And Equipment Questionnaire

ggCircuit in conjunction with our project partners Creative Works have over 80
employees specializing in project management, networking & IT, esports events,
program & development, buildout & fabrication, lighting technicians and audio engineers.
Like most projects we deal with, % of the time will be spent on material procurement,
fabrication, and preparation.
Upon being awarded the South Bend Contract, the following timeline will be proposed:

fabrication work for staging, scenic, rigging, lights

Creative Works, Inc. has been creating powerful memories through immersive
attractions for the last 22 years. Based in Mooresville, IN, Creative Works serves
Location Based Entertainment venues across the country and the world; building
attractions like Laser Tag Arenas, Escape Rooms, Virtual and Augmented Reality,
Hi -Tech Mini Golf, in addition to Esports Arenas/Lounges. CWI is obsessed with creating
a space where a guest can become the main character of their own story.
Creative Works has provided custom Esports environments to single site locations,
multi -site customers like GameWorks across the country, and to Rainbow's End
Amusement Park in New Zealand over the last 3 years, partnering with ggCircuit for
every project they build.
3. If you intend to sublet any portion of the work, attach the name and address of each
subcontractor, equipment to be used by the subcontractor, and whether you will require
a bond. However, if you are unable to currently provide a listing, please understand a
listing must be provided prior to contract approval. Until the completion of the proposed
project, you are under a continuing obligation to immediately notify the City of South
Bend in the event that you subsequently determine that you will use a subcontractor on
the proposed project.

combination of the foregoing including, but not limited to, public works contracts awarded under public
bidding laws or other contracts in which public bids are not required by law, the City, its agencies, boards,
or commissions may consider the Contractor's good faith efforts to obtain participation by those Contractor,,,,
certified by the State of Indiana as a Minority Business (`MBE") or as a Women's Business Enterprise
("WBE") as a factor in determining the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
In no event shall persons or entities seeking the award of a City contract be required to award a subcontract

MBE/WBE LIST(S): The bidder reviewed the City of South Bend's Minority and Women Business
Enterprise Diversity Development Program, which uses the IDOA approved list of Minority and Women

ACTION (ADVERTISE/CONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South
Bend requires that all perspective bidders complete no less than 2 of the following:
1. Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBE/WBEs of contracting and
subcontracting opportunities.
2. Advertise in general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning subcontracting
opportunities, and allow MBE/WBEs reasonable time to respond.
3. Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice in a manner reasonably calculated
to inform MBE/WBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for them to
participate effectively.
4. Utilize pre-existing services of available community organizations, small and/or disadvantaged
business assistance offices and other organizations that provided assistance in the recruitment
and placement of MBE/WBE firms.
**Bidder must circle or otherwise notate which of the two (2) required actions were performed.
GOOD FAITH NEGOTIATIONS: The bidder negotiated in good faith with interested MBE/WBEs,
including providing such MBE/WBE's with adequate information about the plans, specifications and other
requirements of the subcontract and did not reject MBE/WBEs as unqualified without sound business
reasons based on a thorough investigation of their capabilities.
SMALL CONTRACT(S): The bidder selected specific portions of the work to be performed by
MBE/WBEs in order to increase the likelihood of meeting the MBE/WBE goals (including breaking down
contracts into smaller units to facilitate MBE/WBE participation)

An employee who works 30 hours or more per work week is considered full-time. The

Temporary/Intern Employee
Temporary/Intern employees are hired for a specific period of time, project or assignment. This
employee is paid for actual hours worked and is not eligible for benefits. Employees hired for a

Employees are also classified as nonexempt or exempt employees in accordance with the
provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any applicable laws. FullStack pays
overtime in accordance with the FLSA and any additional applicable law. Overtime pay will not
be paid when positions meet the FLSA guidelines for exemption.
ggCircuit regularly engages employees to train and acquire certifications in their area of impact.
Examples include MTCNA - Mikrotik Certified Network Associate certifications for all of our
SpecOps professional services team and are reviewed on a yearly basis.
Creative Works does not currently have any apprenticeship programs required by the United
States Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship for the scope of work in this project.

anti -harassment, equipment safety protocols (i.e. forklifts, power tools, etc.) Our employees are
required to complete proficiency evaluations within 90 days of their hire date to show they are
able to perform their core areas or responsibilities.
ggCircuit's Employee Drug Testing Program includes random testing of employees on a given
qualified contract. At least two percent (2%) of the contractor's employees must be randomly
selected each month for testing, and every employee must submit to a drug test each year. This
test includes a five (5) screen drug panel. Those five substances include amphetamines,
cocaine, opiates (2000 ng/ml), PCP, and THC.
If an employee fails a drug test, he/she is subject to progressive disciplinary action under the
following progression:
1) After the first positive test, an employee must be suspended from work for thirty (30)
days; directed to a program of treatment or rehabilitation and subject to unannounced
drug testing for one (1) year, beginning the day the employee returns to work.
2) After a second positive test, an employee must be suspended from work for ninety (90)
days; directed to a program of treatment or rehabilitation and subject to unannounced
drug testing for one (1) year, beginning the day the employee returns to work.
3) After a third or subsequent positive test, an employee must be suspended from work for
one (1) year; directed to a program of treatment or rehabilitation and subject to
unannounced drug testing for one (1) year, beginning the day the employee returns to
work.
If the employee is suspended, the employee is not eligible for reinstatement until the employee
tests negative on a five (5) drug panel test certified by a medical review officer. ggCircuit also
reserves the right to discipline up to immediate dismissal upon any positive five (5) screen drug
panel.
Last, ggCircuit will direct an employee to a program of treatment or rehabilitation by either
advising the employee of any program of treatment or rehabilitation covered by insurance
provided by the employer, or advising the employee of agencies known to the employer that
provide drug treatment or rehabilitation programs.
Creative Works is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
Consistent with this commitment, it is the intent of the Company to maintain a drug and
alcohol -free workplace. Being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs (as classified
under federal, state, or local laws), or other impairing substances while on the job may pose
a serious health and safety risk to others, and will not be tolerated.
Prohibited Conduct
The Company expressly prohibits team members from engaging in the following activities
when they are on duty or conducting Company business or on Company premises (whether
or not they are working) including while traveling on behalf of the Company for installations,
trade shows, and events:
• The use of alcohol during normal work duties (excluding company sanctioned social
events), the abuse, or being under the influence of illegal drugs, or other impairing
substances.
• The possession, sale, purchase, transfer, or transit of any illegal or unauthorized
drug, including prescription medication that is not prescribed to the individual, or
drug -related paraphernalia.
• The illegal use or abuse of prescription drugs.
While the use of marijuana has been legalized under some state laws for medicinal and/or
recreational uses, it remains an illegal drug under federal law. The Company does not
discriminate against team members solely on the basis of their lawful off -duty use of
marijuana. You may not consume or be under the influence of marijuana while on duty or at
work. If you have a valid prescription for medical marijuana, refer to the Company Disability
Accommodation policy for additional information.
Nothing in this policy is meant to prohibit your appropriate use of over-the-counter
medication or other medication that can legally be prescribed under both federal and state
law, if it does not impair your job performance or safety or the safety of others. If you take
over-the-counter medication or other medication that can legally be prescribed under both
federal and state law to treat a disability, inform your Manager if you believe the medication
may impair your job performance, safety, or the safety of others or if you believe you need a
reasonable accommodation before reporting to work while under the influence of that
medication.
From time to time, the Company may sponsor social or business -related events where
alcohol may be served. This policy does not prohibit the use or consumption of alcohol at
these events. However, if you choose to consume alcohol at such events, you must do so
responsibly and maintain your obligation to conduct yourself properly and professionally at
all times. Do not drink and drive. Instead, please call an Uber or appoint a designated
driver.
Treatment and/or Rehabilitation
The Company may assist you in seeking treatment or rehabilitation for drug or alcohol
dependency. In such cases, the Company may consider your continued employment as
long as concerns regarding safety, health, production, communication, or other work -related
matters are adequately addressed. The Company may also require you to obtain a medical
clearance and agree to random testing and a 'one -strike" rule as a condition of continued
employment.
Violations
Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
employment.
Neither ggCircuit LLC or Creative Works, Inc. currently have any federal, state, or local tax liens
or tax delinquencies owed to any federal, state, or local taxing body in the preceding three
years.
Creative Works, Inc. has provided full turnkey Esports facilities since 2018. Projects include
Urban Air South Lake Texas, Rainbow's End Amusement Park in New Zealand, and multiple
GameWorks locations across the country. These projects included custom built desks, lighting
accents, full equipment needs, theming, etc. All of these projects have utilized ggCircuit's
software for game licensing as well. Beyond Esports facilities, Creative Works, Inc. does over 50
projects a year annually with a variety of themed attractions for the Location Based
Entertainment/Family Entertainment Center industry - including attractions like Laser Tag
Arenas, Miniature Golf Courses, Escape Rooms, Virtual/Augmented Reality, and more.
ggCircuit LLC has executed similar projects for GameStop, Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology, Christian Brothers College High School and Dell/Alienware. These projects
included sourcing furniture, hardware and networking equipment as well as setting up software
solutions for the PC clients and servers. ggCircuit has also developed a custom user interface
for a retail environment for Best Buy locations nationwide.
