Proposal Addendums Additional Recommendations Based on our 20+ years of owning, managing, and installing esports location globally, the following pieces are critical to the operations of an esports center. • All esports centers need an operating system to manage customers, game choices, and digital as well as physical product sales. As the global leader in this industry, ggCircuit recommends ggLeap, our esports center management system. • Maintaining PC system updates, drivers, and game updates is a herculean task on the best of days. To simplify this mundane task, ggCircuit recommends ggRock, our esports client boot solution. All PCs will boot the same windows image and game library, saving hundreds of man hours and thousands in operation costs. • In order for esports center stakeholders to focus on their business model, ggCircuit offers a maintenance package for the installed ggRock server. ggCircuit's SpecOps team will remote access the server daily to update the games and system drivers needed to operate at 100% effectiveness. • For many business professionals, esports operations & other esports technologies are foreign to them. Esports is still in the grass -roots phase - therefore, ggCircuit has created a Platinum Support package that gives centers access to the professionals and support staff needed to make sure your esports center is operating at maximum efficiency. ggLeap Site License 1 $3,000 $3,000 Installation -------------------------------------------------------------------->>> $ 2 , 0 5 2 ggRock Site License 1 $3,000 $3,000 Installation -------------------------------------------------------------------->>> $ 2 , 0 5 2 Training Train staff on ggLeap & ggRock 1 $5,000 $5,000 Server Maintenance 12 month.
